New & Used Harley® Dealer Near Owings Mills

I forgot to hit post on this one from 2018 LOL!Went to this dealership several times in the last month. Met Jeremy on my first visit and he was very knowledgeable about the Harleys. Came back again for a Demo Ride on the 14th of April. Returned a week ago and saw a Road King I wanted. Jeremy walked me through the purchase and got it for less then expected and a sweet deal. You need a Harley, go see Jeremy!! You won’t be disappointed.

I recently purchased a 2018 softail slim from Bmore HD and it was a great experience. I worked with Jeremy Lane in sales to buy the bike and he made the process easy and enjoyable. The bike I wanted wasn’t there so it had to be shipped over. While waiting for it they wound up getting the bike quicker than expected and had great communication with updates on ETA, etc...When the bike came in he even stayed late (on a weekend) so I could swing by and pick it up. My brother (also a Harley rider) rode me over. At the time my brothers bike managed to rattle off the pesky seat screw. Despite being closed and already pushed on time he found a seat screw so that my brother could ride with me that day. It meant a lot!!!I plan on being a loyal customer with Baltimore HD and highly recommend them to anybody else in the area looking for a new piece of American iron.

HD of Baltimore went above and beyond to help me figure out and solve my unusual problem when other HD shops turned me away. Their sales, swag, and service teams are all exceptional with a special thank you to Chris in service for holding my hand throughout the experience and making it as painless as possible for me. Harley-Davidson of Baltimore, route 40 Pulaski highway. This is the Harley store where I signed up for the beginner riding course at the end of July 2020. Debbie Youngblood was the course instructor. Although for the range riding and testing, she had a second instructor for assistance, his name was Bob. Both of these instructors are absolutely phenomenal at TEACHING you how to ride a motorcycle. Remember that, when you think that they are being too hard on you about something, they are there to TEACH YOU.{• I can not stress enough this next point enough. •}
