Just wanted to give a thank you to Trish and the rest of the crew at Baltimore H-D for being true to there word over the last 3 months. They brought in a 2024 Tri Glide on May 1st for me. That same day I was admitted to the hospital. I informed them that I would not be able to sign anything for a couple months. They said that the bike was mine and would be there when I was able to get there. They stuck to their word and yesterday July 23 I was finally able to sign the papers and the bike was delivered to me today. This is one outstanding dealership and they truly care about those of us who ride. I have nothing but respect for this crew.

Mark Brown, over at HD Baltimore, is the guy you wanna talk to when looking to purchase a motorcycle. He was very insightful, kind, and prompt in my experience. The unfortunate delay in my bike was very frustrating but he was on the ball keeping in touch with me to let me know the latest updates. I could have went to another HD dealer at any time during the waiting process but I chose to stick it out with him because he really is a great guy and was able to work with me on the price, financing options, and money down. I recommend him 1000% Go get yourself a motorcycle with him :)Here I am getting my 1000 mile routine maintenance and again, mark greeted me right away and asked me all about my riding adventures. Several other employees were also very friendly. Dina was one of them as she helped me get out for a test ride on a few different bikes while I waited. Overall, just an amazing experience here. Can't wait to check out the weekend event they have coming up in 2 weeks. Should be a good turn out. 1000% recommend this place for any motorcycle needs.

Huge thanks to Mark Brown @ HD of Baltimore! Tried to make a deal with 4 other "local" dealerships, but the bottom line is they would not come close to the pricing Baltimore gave me.After arriving to HD of Baltimore I was surprised at the selection of bikes on their floor - at least 2x what I've seen at most other dealers. They went out of their way to make sure my family was more than comfortable and made the transaction happen quick and smooth! I'm now the proud owner of a 2019 CVO Street Glide and will be going to Baltimore for all my future Harley Davidson needs!

I found the bike I had been looking for on Cycle Trader and sent a note asking if they still had it. First thing the next morning about the time the dealer would open I heard from Mark Brown at the dealer.Bottom line, I got a fair deal on a great bike that I came up from Va Beach to Baltimore to buy it. It was accurately represented in the ad, and again by the dealer and Mark did everything he said he was going to do, even finding me a much better deal on financing that my own credit union.Thank you Mark Brown and H-D of Baltimore for your great service.

This is the BEST deal I ever received on a new Harley! A text from Chris got me in the door and Justin was my sales Rep. The deal was great...the process was smoother and faster than my other purchases and I got a discount on parts at the time of purchase. Staff was warm and friendly and I felt HD of Baltimore always took care of myself as well as My family members. Totally happy with my new Softail. Not only happy with the bike and deal but the HD Bmore Shop was always about the BIKER!Im a happy Guy with a New Bike and thanks to the Bmore Crew...it was a great experience!

I highly recommend Dina Kress. As soon as I walked In, she walked right over to offer her services. She was patient walked me through the inventory and helped pick the best bike. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question that I had.A day after the sale, Dina followed up asked if I had any questions or concerns. Definitely made you feel like she cared.If your looking for a bike go to Baltimore Harley and ask for Dina, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Thanks Justin !I was searching for this color combination and a leftover, as HD didnt put out a standard road king this year.HD of Baltimore had one.You can see it looks much better in my garage, than at the dealer.Painless transaction. Had the shop do the stage 1 and TAB exhaust before I took delivery of the motorcycle.Very happy with everything.Thanks everyone !

I forgot to hit post on this one from 2018 LOL!Went to this dealership several times in the last month. Met Jeremy on my first visit and he was very knowledgeable about the Harleys. Came back again for a Demo Ride on the 14th of April. Returned a week ago and saw a Road King I wanted. Jeremy walked me through the purchase and got it for less then expected and a sweet deal. You need a Harley, go see Jeremy!! You wont be disappointed.

I have been a exsperience Heavy machine operator for more than 30 years. Started out late in life on 2 wheels .thought I could do it on my owen.went to motor vehicle after a few attemptsi past the written test. as I started driving on the roads I had many dangers in a short time I was driving and new I needed help to keep me safe.then I found the. Baltimore Harley Davidson school. and the riding instructor coach Debbie Youngblood and her great staff taught me with there years of experience how to ride properly and keep me safe. Over my first year logging 16 thousand miles I regard her as I ride as a voice of reason as I need that and a little Angel on my shoulder thank you Debbie Youngblood

In short, what a great experience buying a vehicle, which unfortunately seems to be a rare occurrence in this day and age.First of all, the folks I worked with (Jeremy Lane and Shawn Ryan) were willing to work with me on the bike and they understand the complex environment we live in these days with COVID. For example, they helped me by getting me the information to make my decision, at my request, so that I could minimize my time in the dealership. This, unfortunately, was something that other dealerships in the area weren't willing to do and before contacting HD Baltimore I dealt with a lot of the antiquated sales tactics of "come in and check out the bikes before we give you ballpark pricing on what you will expect to spend." However, at HD Baltimore I was very impressed by ZERO sales tricks (excessive waiting pressure, four squaring, etc.) and, in summary, I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what to expect.Secondly, when you buy a motorcycle from a dealership you are more than likely going to rely on that dealership for follow-on trips for motorcycle service, etc. That being said, the customer service you experience when buying a bike speaks volumes to the kind of treatment you will receive when you inevitably have to visit for servicing your motorcycle or repairs. That being said, and even though HD Baltimore is more than 30 miles away, I will make that trip for anything regarding my bike and will happily bypass other, closer dealerships to make that happen.Lastly, they put in the work to make sure you don't feel like you're a number and their dealership is a revolving door. Even today I received a nice handwritten card in the mail thanking me for my business, which speaks volumes to the effort they put into each customer, not just the sale.

I took the Riding Academy course this Monday. In my opinion this course is a must for anyone that has no experience or has not ridden a motorcycle in a few years, in my case it has been 30 years. The classroom part of the course was both entertaining and informational. This was because the instructor, Debby, made it fun and helped everyone in the class to understand the material. Debby was so nice, friendly and respectful which made it, I felt, easy to learn and understand the material. She was so willing to go the extra mile, that she stayed after class to help me and two other students to get a better understanding of the concepts of riding a motorcycle safely.On the next two days at the range, I learned and became more confident and knowledgeable in riding motorcycle safely and had fun doing it. I felt that Debby wanted all the students to learn, have fun and be safe. I could see that she has a passion for teaching, which helped me, and I know from talking to others, learn the lessons easily and safely. Her instructions and her riding demonstrations helped me and others to grasp the concepts for each lesson.I was glad that I took this course and that she was my instructor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to learn to ride a motorcycle.

You can buy a bike anywhere. There's a half dozen Harley dealerships around the Baltimore area that are all happy to take your money. But what's important to me is what happens after the sale. I've bought two bikes now from Justin Knight, and when this one is paid off, I'll buy a third. If you want to buy a bike from someone who doesn't treat you like a number, and someone who will stay in contact after the sale just to see how you're doing, go to Harley of Baltimore and ask for Justin.

This is a revised review, my first review gave them 1 star and mentioned several negatives that stated why it was 1 star. The sales staff ( Mark Brown ) was good to work with and also parts depart. was friendly. My problem was when it came to the service depart. and I was told it would take one week for the parts needed to repair the bike I just bought so it could be ridden on the street safely. After lots of bad communication and over 4 weeks I still did not have the bike I had just bought. The GM Shane contacted me and wanted to know everything that was going on, Shane was great to work with and kept me constantly updated and insured my bike was completed so I could get out riding. Shane has taken what could have been a very negative experience and never to be seen again customer and made me a believer again in customer service and I would recommend his dealership to anyone looking for a bike.
