I recently purchased a 2018 softail slim from Bmore HD and it was a great experience. I worked with Jeremy Lane in sales to buy the bike and he made the process easy and enjoyable. The bike I wanted wasn’t there so it had to be shipped over. While waiting for it they wound up getting the bike quicker than expected and had great communication with updates on ETA, etc...When the bike came in he even stayed late (on a weekend) so I could swing by and pick it up. My brother (also a Harley rider) rode me over. At the time my brothers bike managed to rattle off the pesky seat screw. Despite being closed and already pushed on time he found a seat screw so that my brother could ride with me that day. It meant a lot!!!I plan on being a loyal customer with Baltimore HD and highly recommend them to anybody else in the area looking for a new piece of American iron.

I highly recommend Dina Kress. As soon as I walked In, she walked right over to offer her services. She was patient walked me through the inventory and helped pick the best bike. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question that I had.A day after the sale, Dina followed up asked if I had any questions or concerns. Definitely made you feel like she cared.If your looking for a bike go to Baltimore Harley and ask for Dina, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Visited Baltimore Harley and worked with Mark Brown to get a new Road Glide. Mark was awesome to work with, listened to my needs for the new bike, worked up a fair trade value on my old Ultra and got me the price I wanted on the new ride. While handling the paperwork, Mark had the techs install my seat and referred me to HD Insurance for a quote. I ended up with a better insurance deal and a new bike. Mark worked past closing to finalize the deal and even took extra time to set things up on the bike for me to make the ride home a great one. If you’re in the market for a new or used Harley, give Mark Brown a call at Baltimore Harley...I’m glad I did!
