Totalmente recomendable, el trato y la atencion es escelente y te dan tu tiempo para poder tomar la decision adecuada. En lo particular, Keith fue la persona que me atendió y fue muy atento durante el proceso de compra y una vez entregada la moto en mi casa, me siguio ayudando con la obtención de las temp tags y resto de documentacion sobre el historial de mantenimiento de la moto que para mi es muy importante.En relaccion a precios, dos cuestiones, la primera es que tienen lo mejores presios para motos usadas de la zona, y lo segundo es que no hay cargos abusivos ni Fees que encarezcan absurdamente el precio final de la moto. Les invito a acercarse a valorar con ellos los precios finales de sus vehículos.

As a new rider and a female rider who really doesn't know anyone else that rides, I felt a little out of my element walking into a Harley Davidson store. It helped that I took a new rider course with them (which i also highly recommend, and John Petrush is a great instructor), but i still had no idea what I was doing buying my first bike. Jeremy immediately welcomed me when i walked in, I said I was interested in looking at some of the used bikes I had seen on their website (showed him the pics), and we immediately got into it. He showed me the bikes I had seen online, and then we looked at a few other bikes that he thought might also suit me based on my preferences. I had some specific qualities/characteristics that I knew I was looking for, and while we were talking, he helped me figure out some other things he thought would fit my needs and preferences. I really dont know much about motorcycles, so he also told me a few tips/tricks about handling the bike which was nice. Jeremy made me feel really comfortable and I learned a lot just from our chat in the store. I ended up with an awesome bike in my garage (which i'm still learning to ride) and a new friend that I feel like I can hit up if I have any other questions or issues that arise. Would highly recommend the HD- Baltimore new rider course with John Petrush to learn to ride, and then seeing Jeremy Lane in sales when you're ready to buy. Great experience overall!
