I highly recommend Dina Kress. As soon as I walked In, she walked right over to offer her services. She was patient walked me through the inventory and helped pick the best bike. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question that I had.A day after the sale, Dina followed up asked if I had any questions or concerns. Definitely made you feel like she cared.If your looking for a bike go to Baltimore Harley and ask for Dina, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Justin was and is a great salesman . bought a softail Slim from Justin about 9 months ago . what is very impressive is Justine always says Hi to me when I enter the store and he see's me , and asks how things are going. Other salesmen would forget who you are after the sale is over.
