Justin Knight is simply put amazing. He helped me decide what the best bike would be (I was torn between a Street Glide (metoo) and another Road Glide) and got the paperwork completed and new bike delivered in a timely manner. Harley-Davidson of Baltimore, route 40 Pulaski highway. This is the Harley store where I signed up for the beginner riding course at the end of July 2020. Debbie Youngblood was the course instructor. Although for the range riding and testing, she had a second instructor for assistance, his name was Bob. Both of these instructors are absolutely phenomenal at TEACHING you how to ride a motorcycle. Remember that, when you think that they are being too hard on you about something, they are there to TEACH YOU.{• I can not stress enough this next point enough. •}

I found the bike I had been looking for on Cycle Trader and sent a note asking if they still had it. First thing the next morning about the time the dealer would open I heard from Mark Brown at the dealer.Bottom line, I got a fair deal on a great bike that I came up from Va Beach to Baltimore to buy it. It was accurately represented in the ad, and again by the dealer and Mark did everything he said he was going to do, even finding me a much better deal on financing that my own credit union.Thank you Mark Brown and H-D of Baltimore for your great service.

Jeremy in sales is the best! Huge help walking me through the process of buying my first Harley. No pressure and a ton of great information! After I purchased, I had some lights and accessories added on - the parts dept and techs are great to work with as well. Love my home store!! The ladies in accessories and apparel are great too.
