Was traveling and we stopped by HD of Baltimore as we always like to visit the local HD dealership when ever we are on the road and at least buy a t-shirt. I really enjoyed the discussion I had with Dina. As a woman I really appreciate when HD locations employ knowledgeable females. This is especially important for first time Harley purchasers who happen to be women.Being from Texas, I am very turned off by rude and pushy salespeople but Dina was as warm and friendly as she was knowledgeable. I highly recommend asking for Dina if you visit HD of Baltimore.

Mark and Charlie were awesome! I can’t say enough about the professionalism and complete customer service they and everyone at Harley of Baltimore demonstrated. Buying a bike from them couldn’t have been easier. . Pipes were ordered and installed quickly.! Bike was ready for me when I needed it .Left feeling like I just made a couple new friends!

I traveled around to numerous dealers looking for my 2023 Street Glide Special. I called ahead and spoke to Jeremy Lane to ask about inventory before I drove down. I told him what I was looking for and he had it. When I arrived, he had the bike sitting out to the side cleaned up waiting for me. Jeremy is very personable and knowledgeable and he had an answer to every question I had about different models. Good dude to see at Baltimore Harley.
