    I had a really great purchase experience at the HD Store in Baltimore. The sales staff were very respectful and accommodating. The bike I wanted to test ride was ready and waiting for me when I arrived in the morning and the salesman took me out with him as I was unfamiliar with the area. The start to finish process took less than three hours and I am very pleased with not only the motorcycle but how committed they were to making sure I was getting what I wanted.
