Thank You "Downtown" Mark Brown!! I had Visited Old Glory HD in search of a new Harley Davidson and in the process became very unhappy with the way I was treated at this other so called flagship dealer. The sales experience at the time of purchase was extremely rewarding. Update: after a tumultuous time with their parts department I believe HD Baltimore now understands the importance of making things right for their client. My initial complaints have been rectified and I am very much pleased with the outcome.

Huge thanks to Mark Brown @ HD of Baltimore! Tried to make a deal with 4 other "local" dealerships, but the bottom line is they would not come close to the pricing Baltimore gave me.After arriving to HD of Baltimore I was surprised at the selection of bikes on their floor - at least 2x what I've seen at most other dealers. They went out of their way to make sure my family was more than comfortable and made the transaction happen quick and smooth! I'm now the proud owner of a 2019 CVO Street Glide and will be going to Baltimore for all my future Harley Davidson needs!
