Harley-Davidson® went to the dragstrip and fighter jet worlds for inspiration with the FXDR 114, a beefy but sleek Softail® with a long, low look, and more cornering clearance than other models in its family. Other elements pushing this cruiser's performance intent are an aluminum swingarm, a 43mm inverted fork, and a forward-facing air intake, all of which also boost visual appeal too. A chubby 240mm rear tire cements the musclebike vibe, as does Harley®'s 114ci Milwaukee-Eight® engine-an 1,868cc, four-valve-per-cylinder, 45-degree V-twin that imbues this Softail® with performance-78.7 hp and 119 pound-feet of torque on our dyno-while still offering the heavy-flywheel feel.
Strong engine. As its name implies, the only engine you can get in the Harley-Davidson® FXDR 114 is the 114 cubic inch Milwaukee-Eight® V-twin, making it the only Softail® that you can't get with the smaller 107 ci unit. This engine makes a lot of sense in a muscular, more performance-oriented bike.
The V-Rod has been put out to pasture, and the 2019 Harley-Davidson® FXDR 114 alone fills the power cruiser role. Those are some big shoes to fill. Luckily, the FXDR is making those boots burst at the seams with a power cruiser that not only has excellent power, but also handling abilities.
The drag-style FXDR™ looks great, is the most powerful Harley® big twin yet and has performance brakes and forks - but it also has just 5bhp more than a Fat Bob®, is uncomfortable, has compromised handling yet costs a full £4000 more than the Fat Bob®, too.

I took the Riding Academy course this Monday. In my opinion this course is a must for anyone that has no experience or has not ridden a motorcycle in a few years, in my case it has been 30 years. The classroom part of the course was both entertaining and informational. This was because the instructor, Debby, made it fun and helped everyone in the class to understand the material. Debby was so nice, friendly and respectful which made it, I felt, easy to learn and understand the material. She was so willing to go the extra mile, that she stayed after class to help me and two other students to get a better understanding of the concepts of riding a motorcycle safely.On the next two days at the range, I learned and became more confident and knowledgeable in riding motorcycle safely and had fun doing it. I felt that Debby wanted all the students to learn, have fun and be safe. I could see that she has a passion for teaching, which helped me, and I know from talking to others, learn the lessons easily and safely. Her instructions and her riding demonstrations helped me and others to grasp the concepts for each lesson.I was glad that I took this course and that she was my instructor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to learn to ride a motorcycle.

I forgot to hit post on this one from 2018 LOL!Went to this dealership several times in the last month. Met Jeremy on my first visit and he was very knowledgeable about the Harleys. Came back again for a Demo Ride on the 14th of April. Returned a week ago and saw a Road King I wanted. Jeremy walked me through the purchase and got it for less then expected and a sweet deal. You need a Harley, go see Jeremy!! You won’t be disappointed.
